Warmdec™

Warmdec™ is an integrated system which provides a weight bearing layer, 50mm of insulation and the underfloor heating pipework in one module.

This means for the upper floor in new builds that WarmdecTM can be installed from below and will not require any bagging or other safety measures arising from the risk of workers falling between joists.

There are no joints in the entire installation apart from connection to the distribution manifold. Once laid the system is pressure tested and left for later connection to the boiler. The system is modular and we can deliver it to site on pallets with the exact flooring modules, pipe and clips for each space identified and labelled. All we need is a floor plan showing the joist or beam layout with the order.
